Kamran has been working as an architect at TconcepT since 2017 and became a partner in 2021. Within the firm, he works on a wide range of projects, mostly inner-city assignments that combine different functions, with an emphasis on living and working. He feels at home in complex, urban contexts where spatial quality, liveability and sustainability come together.
The human scale is always central in his designs. He designs from his conviction that architecture is primarily about the user's experience and creating places where people feel comfortable, enjoy spending time and can meet each other. In doing so, he seeks a balance between aesthetics, functionality and social significance.
He considers sustainability in the broadest sense of the word – not only technical or in terms of energy, but also social and spatial. For him, a project is successful when it not only adds architectural quality, but also contributes to the vitality of the location and has a positive impact on the environment and its users.
