The new and sustainable residential tower at Eemplein in Amersfoort will be about 52 metres high and will have 197 apartements. There will be social housing and mid-rent apartments for wide a range of groups.
On 26 March 2024, the municipal council approved the building plan. That means the environment and planning permit can now be granted definitively. And now on 30 June 2024, the environment and planning permit is irrevocable.
