The execution works of the Redevelopment of Mega Dybenko in St Petersburg have started. Our design creates a new entrance square, facing the park and the residential area. A new green bridge will make a natural pedestrian connection to the shopping centre. A total of 30.000 m2 will be renovated including an integration of IKEA with the mall. The redevelopment is part the strategy of Ingka Centres to create meeting places.
