Residential tower Nova on the Maanplein in The Hague was completed last week! We are very proud of the result, TconcepT designed this 70-metre-high residential tower, beautifully located at the head of the marina in the Binckhorst. Nova offers space for 183 rental flats, 139 covered parking spaces and a lively plinth.
The completion of Nova marks the finalisation of the transformation of Maanplein. For years, the former KPN office complex functioned as a stand-alone ensemble in the former industrial and business park the Binckhorst. Developers Borghese Real Estate | project development and COD | development pioneers have held high ambitions from the moment of purchase in 2016 to transform this part of the city into an attractive living/working area. TconcepT first created the master plan for the redevelopment of Maanplein in 2 phases. In the 1st phase, 6 former KPN office buildings were transformed into housing and small-scale (creative) offices; in the 2nd phase, TconcepT designed residential tower Nova, a bridge to the surrounding area.
