The demolition of the former V&D building in shopping centre In de Bogaard Rijswijk, is already at an advanced stage. The striking building, which occupied a central position in the shopping area for many years, will make way for a renewal project aimed at modernising and redeveloping the shopping centre.
The work is part of a wider restructuring of In de Bogaard, which aims to make the area more attractive and future-proof as the Bogaard town centre. In addition to retail space, the renewal plan includes opportunities for housing, green spaces and meeting places.
