TconcepT creates the master plan to transform the former KPN office complex on Maanplein, The Hague, into an area with a mix of living and working functions. TconcepT will also be the architect of several key buildings in this new and exciting redevelopment. In September 2016 Borghese Real Estate and COD bought the 80,000 m² office building complex on Maanplein located in the Binckhorst neighborhood of The Hague. TconcepT has been appointed to create the master plan for the area. The decided master plan coincides perfectly with the high ambitions of the Municipality of The Hague for the transformation of the Binckhorst industrial neighborhood. The former KPN office complex will be redeveloped into an area with a mix of living and working functions. The first phase consists of the transformation of six vacant offices into 266 private housing units and commercial spaces. The Inbo company will oversee the technical side of the conversion of the offices in the six buildings.
